The first talking called anamnesis takes about 2- 3 hours time.

It is very important to get a detailed description by the animal owner of all physical and mental symptoms. Basing on this i work out the first homoeopathic medicine for the patient.

From a distance it is neccesary to keep up the telephon contact, becouse i got to know if the condition of your animal has changed and if in which way. It is very important that the owner tells me as soon as possible when the condition of the animal changes.
